Jess Daily, LMFT, M.A.

I am a dedicated practitioner of the health and well-being of the body, mind, spirit, and soul. My commitment is to working with individuals to heal their whole system through a multidisciplinary and personalized approach by touching many aspects of one's life, including physical, emotional, spiritual, nutritional, and historical imprints. I believe healing is an integral and whole experience unique to individual ecology. I am committed to exploring what makes us feel healthy, happy, and whole.

I believe that we are intrinsically powerful beings with the capability to have radical healing experiences, to enhance our lives with joy, to release trauma that affects us in our lifetime, as well as generational suffering that affects us all.


 
 

A little more about me...

 

I believe in empowering the choice to heal. Many of the everyday disturbances and diseases we experience stem from our disconnection from nature—the essence of our being.

My purpose is to guide individuals in reconnecting with themselves and embracing the path of healing. I aim to inspire a deeper connection between the body, mind, emotions, and spirit, encouraging a way of living that aligns with conscious nourishment—how we eat, drink, think, and breathe. Life is a continuous practice, and I am dedicated to exploring what truly makes us healthy, happy, safe, connected, and whole—within ourselves, our families, communities, and the greater world.

Humanity stands at a great crossroads, and we feel the weight of global events. We are deeply affected by society—both in the ways we experience privilege and in the ways we suffer. We must bring awareness to the pain caused by destruction and extinction of life, exploitation, social injustice, oppression, environmental pollution, and overconsumption. Awareness may bring sorrow, but it also brings light. With awareness, we can cultivate good health, compassion, loving-kindness, responsibility, deep listening, and forgiveness. Transformation—both personal and societal—is possible.

As a result of modern stress, disconnection, and disassociation, many people struggle with addiction, family crises, digestive disorders, “undiagnosable” illnesses, autoimmune conditions, and mental health challenges. I have a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between the body and mind, particularly how trauma affects the gut, endocrine system, adrenals, and thyroid. True healing requires working with both—rebalancing the body while creating space for the mind to process and release trauma.

Over the years, I have cultivated a diverse skill set as a holistic lifestyle practitioner, blending functional nutritional therapy with the ancient wisdom of herbalism, mind-body medicine, yoga, and counseling support. My goal is to inspire and empower personal transformation—helping you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, nourish yourself through diet and movement, and release tensions that impact the mind, body, and spirit.

We all possess intuitive healing abilities. With the right guidance, we can make informed choices, choose our healing allies, and establish rhythms, routines, and rituals that keep us grounded. As we heal ourselves, we naturally extend that healing to others. By nurturing our bodies, quieting our minds, and embracing the full expression of our spirit, we contribute to healing not just our own lives but also the generations before and after us.

I am inspired by the vision of social change, healing the planet, and living in peace. On the ground level, my inspiration comes from the natural world and the mystery that connects all of life.
